“Lo inconcluso invisible” premier at Tsonami Festival

Lo inconcluso invisible, is a work commissioned by the Tsonami Festival, premiered on 3th december, 2014 at the Parque Cultural Valparaíso, in which also participate great artist like Pierre Berthet, Noid, Konrad Korabiewsky, Francisco López, among others.

This works is based on elements that have remained invisibles, forgotten and/or abandoned by the individual in its daily transit. So, the city is understood as a wide net where happen several events and confrontations between the evident and the unknown, between an apparent complexity and the perfect simplicity.

It has been an intense process of crossing through different places, recordings, re-recordings, editions, creation and rehearsals, getting many sounds that always have interested and intricated me, and discovering others I didn’t imagine.  Finally, I have composed this work with more than 60 field recordings, which for me are a demonstration of a city and a society that have forgotten and left many of their constituent elements. Some of them are the sea hidden under the port, the invisible nature, a church organ,  the infrasounds of deteriorated elevators, underground aqueducts, a hospital full of sufferers, etc.
